Award-winning hairdresser Tal Alboher has been styling hair for over 14 years.
At the age of 14 he began cutting people’s hair in his hometown Jerusalem, and his journey in London began 8 years ago. He keeps up to date with the latest hair trends, regularly attends workshops and conferences as well as teaches seminars.
To date, he took part in numerous high profile competitions and is always involved in creative projects such as photo-shoots, filming, hair shows and educational seminars. Winning the Matrix competition “Destination fame”, was one of his career landmarks.
I’ve always been very creative and had lots of fun experimenting with the technicality of this amazing craft. After mastering my own way of styling hair, I’m now following my main career goal – forming a new team of young talented hairdressers who will celebrate hair styling as a form of art!

Hiro arrived to the UK in 1999 after completing his English Literature Degree at Chukyo University in Japan, to study English at Kent University in Canterbury.
In 2001 he moved to London to look for something new and exciting, which is when he discovered his passion for styling hair. He started his career as an assistant trainee at top London salon in Covent Garden.
Since qualifying as hair stylist in 2004, he has played key roles in numerous hair dressing seminars and shows both in the UK and overseas. Over the past 10 years, he worked with most major hair dressing brands including L’oreal, Davines and Schwarzkopf.
Working as a hairstylist gives me the opportunity to meet fascinating people every day. Today won’t be the same as yesterday, and having the chance to always discover and learn something new is a great thing to have in life!
Kfir Nehemya started his career at the age of 14 in Israel, Jerusalem. At a young age he’s discovered his passion for hair and never stopped learning since. At the age 23 he moved to London to work for a small Central London hair dressing business called Eclipse .
To develop an even wider range of hair dressing techniques, at the age of 27 Kfir relocated to Portugal to work for one of the most prestigious salons in Lisbon: Wip Hairpot. After 3 years of perfecting his craft and skills, Kfir has now moved back to London with the focus and drive to further his career in a city he feels truly himself.
Toni’s hairdressing career started 6 years ago, working as salon assistant and trainee.
For the past few years, he trained under the supervision of award winning hair dresser Tal Alboher. After completing his foundation studies, he now works as Junior Hair Stylist at Transition Salons.
He takes inspiration from the latest fashion trends for his hairstyle ideas with a seamless merging of past, present and future. Although his personal cutting style is still evolving, Toni’s creativity and vision already demonstrates skill and craftsmanship.
I find the endless possibilities of styling an individual’s hair utterly fascinating. Mastering sharp cutting techniques are an absolute key, but the use and application of colour has a crucial influence on the shape of haircuts, therefore it must be considered equally essential.
Katie has been a hairstylist for over 12yrs. She has been given the responsibility of managing hair salons since she was 19yrs old and by the time she was 21 yrs old she was overseeing four salons in the west end, London.
While colour has always been her passion and believes it gives the finishing touch to any hair cut or style, she believes creating and maintaining healthy hair is the most important part of hairdressing.
I try to encourage all my clients to use treatments right for their hair at home and when they come to the salon. This along with regular trims has brought many of my clients hair back from despair and also ensures we can carry on colouring their hair with the best results.
Sonia Yelamos’ story began in the south of Spain where she discovered a passion for styling hair as a teenager. She studied shape and colour in Madrid before embarking on her career in Castilian salons.
In 2008 she moved to London. Sonia has developed her techniques and had the opportunity to showcase her skills in the acclaimed event Salon International but her passion will always be in her private practise. Sonia believes that making her clients happy by giving them the look they desire is the true art of hairdressing and she is never satisfied until her client is.
Hairdressers are a wonderful breed. You work one-on-one with another human being and the object is to make them feel so much better and to look at themselves with a twinkle in their eye.
